7SVN COMMERCIAL MODEL

Price the role.
Scope the operating system.

A standard managed AI employee is $750 per month. The role is defined around one business mission. Company-level software, unusually high third-party usage, advanced integrations, enterprise controls, and custom engineering are scoped separately when the operating model requires them.

THE $750 ROLE$750per month · per managed AI employee

The pricing unit is intentionally a role, not an unlimited pool of prompts. Each employee should have a reason to exist, a bounded mission, a human sponsor, and a scorecard.

01

Role architecture

Mission, inputs, outputs, scope, boundaries, escalation, and success measures are defined before launch.

02

Company context

Approved knowledge and operating context required for the mission are prepared and connected.

03

Agreed systems

Standard integrations and execution surfaces within the defined role scope are configured and tested.

04

Permissions + approvals

The employee receives explicit read, draft, execute, and escalation boundaries rather than blanket authority.

05

Evaluation + launch

Normal, ambiguous, failure, and edge cases are tested before the role receives production responsibility.

06

Managed improvement

7SVN monitors the role, reviews exceptions, and evolves the operating instructions as the business changes.

WHAT IS NOT IMPLIED BY $750

One employee is not an unlimited enterprise transformation.

Custom software

New CRM products, portals, command centers, or substantial application engineering are scoped as software work.

High usage

Large telephony, messaging, model, storage, data, or third-party consumption may require pass-through or expanded pricing.

Enterprise programs

Special security, compliance, procurement, data residency, legal, or support requirements can change implementation scope.

Additional roles

A second distinct business responsibility should become a second employee rather than silently expanding one role into a generalist.

ROI DISCIPLINE

The role should beat its cost with evidence, not optimism.

Before deployment, document the baseline. After launch, separate activity from completed business outcomes. A role deserves expansion only when the operating evidence supports it.

Revenue recovered

Qualified opportunities answered, advanced, reactivated, or prevented from being lost.

Capacity returned

Human hours removed from repetitive, information-heavy, system-based work.

Cycle time

Elapsed time from signal to meaningful next action or verified completion.

Correction + exceptions

How often human intervention is needed and whether repeat failure modes are decreasing.
